Minister: Several offers to buy state stake in Russian Helicopters
GORKI, Moscow Region, Jan 15 (PRIME) -- The government has several offers to buy part of its stake in Russian Helicopters, while a final decision will be made by state industrial corporation Rostec until the end of March, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told reporters Friday.
“Yes, there are several offers, and correspondingly, Rostec’s supervisory board will decide until the end of the first quarter,” he said.
Manturov said on Thursday the government was considering selling a 25% stake in Russian Helicopters to a strategic investor or the company’s managers this year.
Rostec’s defense holding Oboronprom owns 98.5% in Russian Helicopters.
